    (Designed the org, led comms, fundraised the initial round, led executive search.)

  • Co-founder, Arb.
    (Director of research, hiring, and sales, all shared with Misha.)

  • Head of Camp, ESPR.
    (Recruitment of staff and students, curriculum design, vibe engineering. With Jan Kulveit.)

  • Lead author on a major study of mask-wearing during Covid.

  • Technical lead in a data science team at AXA Insurance (UK).
    (Led a team of 5 engineers and data scientists. Led hiring rounds, set technical challenges.)
